Choose from 2 family portrait packages, as well as a la carte pricing
We know that every family is different and wants something unique for their portrait photography session. With that in mind, we’ve designed 2 family portrait packages with a stand alone session fee for you to choose from. We also offer a la carte pricing.
Know that no matter which package you choose, we’ll work with you to create the family portraits that you’ve always dreamed of!
Family Photo Session FAQs:
How many family members can be included in the portrait?
Pricing for each family portrait photography package includes children and both parents. Additional family members (such as cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc.) and/or pets require an extra fee of $25 per person or pet.
Where do family photoshoots take place?
Sessions can take place at our Pasadena studio, your home, or an outdoor location of your choice.
Please note that locations over 10 miles from our studio are subject to additional travel fees. Clients are responsible for all photographic permits and or parking costs incurred due to the location choice.
After the photo session, how will we be getting our family portrait images?
When your photos are ready, we’ll present you with a complimentary private online proofing gallery to view your full collection of images from the comfort of your home. Only images selected for purchased will be fully retouched.
Additional color matched prints and specialty prints (on canvas, metal, wood, etc.) are available for purchase at the client’s discretion.
How do I schedule a family photoshoot?
Complete our Family Session Inquiry Form, and we’ll call you back to set up the initial consultation meeting. During this meeting, you’ll be able to check out our studio, go over what you have in mind for your session, and sort through all the details.
To secure the date and time of your photoshoot, we’ll need a non-refundable retainer of $250, which will be applied towards your final session fees.
What should I wear for my family photoshoot?
No need to worry. We will give you a few ideas during your session consultation. Once you’ve resereved your session, we will also share our outfit idea boards with you via email.
Family Portrait Photography Pricing Packages
Session Fee - $450 per hour (min. 1 hour)
- Location: Our studio or an outdoor location of your choice (client is responsible for any travel fees great than 10 miles from our studio location and/or permits required by the location)
- Private online gallery to view/review your session’s images from the comfort of your own home. Gallery may also be shared with family and friends at your discretion.
- Option to purchase digital images at the A La Carte price of $155 per digital image or choose from the following two digital investment packages.
- Option to purchase color matched prints & specialty prints (on canvas, metal, wood, etc.) at the A La Carte prices
- (A-La-Carte price menu is available upon request during the session consultation meeting)
- Please note: All sessions requested for a Sunday will require a $150 add on to the session fee, based on availability. For outdoor session greater than 10 miles from our studio location will be subject to travel and fuel fees. The session fee covers our time and talent, only. It does not include any digitals or prints.
the CLASSIC Investment - $950
- 10 high-resolution digital images (with print release)
- Private online gallery to view/review your session’s images from the comfort of your own home. Gallery may also be shared with family and friends at your discretion.
- Option to purchase additional digital images at the discounted package price of $85 each or $850 for the entire gallery
- Additional color matched prints & specialty prints (on canvas, metal, wood, etc.) available for purchase
the DELUXE Investment - $1275
- 15 high-resolution digital images (with print release)
- Private online gallery to view/review your session’s images from the comfort of your own home. Gallery may also be shared with family and friends at your discretion.
- Option to purchase additional digital images at the discounted package price of $75 each or $750 for the entire gallery
- Additional color matched prints & specialty prints (on canvas, metal, wood, etc.) available for purchase
