During the COVID-19 Pandemic & Government Restrictions
What precautions will be taken to keep clients and staff safe at your studio once you’re allowed to reopen?
We will continue with all of our pre-COVID-19 cleanliness and sanitization practices. However, we will be adding on extra precautionary measures to keep everyone safe and healthy as possible. These include, but are not limited to, the following:
- All clients and staff must wash or sanitize hands before entering the studio. Sanitizing station located at door.
- All clients and staff must remove shoes before entering the studio.
- All clients who wishes to use our photography services must agree to at-the-door temperature checks and/or proof of a negative test within the last 48 hours.
- All clients must be free of cold/flu like symptoms for at least 14 days before their appointment date and time with us.
- All clients must agree and sign our COVID 19 Release/Waiver form prior to their session.
- All clients over the age of 2 years old must wear surgical or kn95 equivalent masks while inside our studio. Mask may be removed only at the time the photograph is to be taken.
- Only those who will be photographed will be allowed inside our studio.
- Proof of vaccination or a negative test within 48 hours of session date and time is required for all persons who will be entering the studio regardless of being photographed or not.
- All fabrics will be washed and sanitized between every session.
- Common areas/surfaces in the studio will be sanitized between each session.
- Masks (kn95 or n95 equivalents) will be worn by all Nestled in Time Photography staff.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided inside and at the door of our studio space.
What types of session are available to reserve during the government restrictions?
Newborn Photo Sessions

Maternity Photo Sessions
We are currently resuming all sessions and following our local government mandates.
In the event that government restrictions are not lifted and we are unable to perform the session due to COVID-19 related reasons, we will refund all deposits.
All studio sessions will resume two weeks after government restrictions are lifted to ensure everyone’s safety.
