Newborn Photography Full Session Pricing & Packages
Full Photo Session Fee – $450
Fee covers session time only (up to three hours in-studio). Use of unlimited selection of props, wraps and outfits for baby (based on availability). Family, parent, grandparents and sibling poses included. Baby will be posed wrapped, nude or in various outfits of client’s choice (subject to the baby’s cooperation and readiness). All images purchased will be fully retouched.

A La Carte Pricing
The above newborn photography session packages are our best value investment options. Clients may also build their own package via our a la carte pricing menu. A la carte pricing menu is available in person.
Please complete our Newborn Photography Inquiry Form, and we’ll be happy to schedule a pre-session consultation. Clients may also reserve a newborn session now and decide on an investment package later (after the session or after clients have seen their gallery).
Newborn Photo Full Session Fee:
The photo session fee includes newborn (baby under 3 months of age), mom, dad, siblings, and grandparents. For additional family member(s), and/or pets, please add $25 per person or pet. All sessions require a non-refundable $250 retainer to be paid at time of booking and will be applied towards final session fees. Please note: All sessions requested for a Sunday will require a $250 add on to the session fee, based on availability. A minimum total investment (excluding session fee) of $1000 is required a la carte purchases. The average client investment with us is $2500.

Before reserving your newborn photoshoot with us, here’s what you need to know:
Are you booking newborn photography sessions during government closures and the Covid-19 pandemic?
We are currently booking newborn photo sessions for babies between the ages of 3 to 14 days and (under extenuating circumstances) up to 3 months old. Respecting all government restrictions with your safety in mind, we are now booking sessions based on your baby’s due date and will adjust acutual session date and time after your baby arrives.
When should I schedule a newborn photo session?
Reserve your newborn session at least 2-3 months before your baby is due. This way, you’re guaranteed a spot after your baby arrives.
All newborn session reservations are based on baby’s due date and actual session date and time are adjusted after your baby is born. When you reserve a session with us, we block out a set of dates (+/- 2 weeks) surrounding your baby’s due date. This way, we’ll always have the time to photograph your baby when he/she arrives.
How soon should I schedule a newborn photography session?
Sessions are usually reserved at the beginning of the third trimester. The actual session date is adjusted after the baby is born and it’s usually on a Saturday which falls between 5 to 14 days after birth.
What does my session fee include?
All sessions include props, wraps, and a complimentary private online gallery. During each session, we endeavor to capture the unique essence of your family’s love of your newborn baby through our lens .
What should I expect during my newborn session?
During the 2-3 hour session, your baby will be carefully wrapped, posed, and photographed in our clean and warm session area while you sit back and enjoy the session a few feet away. The session time allows for flexibility so that your baby may be fed and changed to remain as comfortable as possible.
My baby’s already here. Is it too late to book a newborn photoshoot?
When is the best time to have newborn photos taken?
We recommend newborns be photographed between 5 to 14 days old. This is the optimum period to pose and photograph the baby as they will stay asleep longer and are not as sensitive to touch when repositioned for subsequent posing.
How long does a newborn photo session take?
All our newborn photo sessions are 2-3 hours long. This allows for the baby to be fed and changed as needed, ensuring no session is rushed for the safety of your baby.
Where do newborn photo sessions take place?
Shoots are held at our studio, and we no longer offer in home sessions. All props, session styling, and our talent is included with your session fee. You’re also welcome to bring some props if you’d like. Just let us know at your pre-session consultation.
How do I get my pictures after my session?
Within 2 to 3 weeks after your session, we’ll email you a link to a private online gallery, where you can view the carefully curated and fully- (or semi-) edited photos. From this gallery, you will have the option of choosing your portraits for purchase and ordering prints and other specialty items.
As our gift to you for trusting us to capture your family’s greatest moments of joy, you’ll have the opportunity to share this gallery with family and friends at no additional cost.

During your Zoom or over the phone appointment, you’ll learn more about what to expect before, during and after your session with us. You may also talk to us about any of your concerns. If you decide to book a session with us, we will send over the reservation email.
Book Your Session*
Once we receive your session retainer, we’ll “pencil in” 2 Saturdays before and 2 Saturdays after your baby’s due date for your photo session. This will ensure your baby has a photo shoot regardless if he/she arrives early or late.
